RETURNS:
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your product delivery, unfortunately we can not offer you a product exchange, refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a refund within the 14-days period for your returned item; your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. IT MUST FOLLOW OUR REFUND POLICIES OUTLINED BELOW.

REFUNDS:
- If you have made an order with us and would like to return it for a refund, this is possible only during the 14-days period from receiving your order.
- If the refund request is accepted, we will refund you via bank transfer or refund your credit card that you paid with.
- Refunds are not possible after 14 days from delivering your order.
- If you received a faulty product, please read below in regards to this specific case.

If you are eligible for returning your product for a refund, please follow the below steps:

- Give us your order number, and the reason for return (has to be within 14 days to be eligible for a refund).
- We will send you our courier to pickup your returned item(s).
- We will inspect the returned item, and once your return is accepted, we will inform you accordingly.
- We will issue you a refund with the total amount for the returned items minus the shipping costs (Delivery and pickup shipping costs).
- Once your return is received, inspected and accepted, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned items. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed accordingly.
Faulty or Damaged Products:
- If you have received a product that is damaged or faulty, Cow will make every effort to replace the faulty product with a new one. Any refunds for such faulty products would be issued ONLY if Cow can't replace the original product that the customer ordered.
- Any payments made via your credit card, the refund will be issued to you as a refund on your card. If you have made your payment in cash, we will wire transfer you the amount to your bank account you would provide us.
- Unfortunately any cash payments made will only be refunded via a traceable bank wire transfer to a bank account you provide us.
- Any refund amounts will be sent to the customer minus the shipping (delivery and order pickup) as well as any wire-transfer banking fees.
- Please note: refunds for faulty or damaged products will ONLY be issued if Cow can't re-produce the faulty item.
